Errors in the use of English

I find it difficult to express myself in English language
This sentence is erroneous because of the omission of the definite article which colligate with English language. For the sentence to be correct,the article the must be inserted according,as in:
I find it difficult to express myself in the English language.
In the same manner, you must not omit the definite article in expression such as:the German language, the French language, the Igbo language, the Yoruba language, the Hausa language and so on

The quality of English language spoken and written in Nigeria has been falling rapidly and will fall more dramatically in the next few years,we must not keep our hands crossed watching the language "fall more dramatically". we must do something about the pathetic situation. We must learn to speak and write correct English.
