👉How long does delivery take?
👉 How do I place an order?
👉Do you offer refunds?
👉What payment methods do you accept?

At first, it feels normal.

But when the same questions keep coming up, there may be a business opportunity hiding in plain sight.

Those repeated questions are data.

They can reveal:

👉 What customers need more clarification about
👉 Where your business information may be unclear
👉 What information should be documented
👉 What could eventually be automated

Before automating customer support, take time to understand what your customers are already asking.

Sometimes, the first step toward better automation is simply paying attention to the questions that keep coming up.

I was having a conversation with a friend today, and he said something that stayed with me:

Life is too short not to take care of yourself.

He went further and said, We have not been to heaven, so we do not know how life works there. But here, we have the opportunity to live, experience life, and take care of ourselves 🤭

One thing is certain👉problems are endless

Challenges will come. There will always be something to worry about, fix, or figure out.

But in the middle of it all, don't forget to take care of yourself 👊

Eat when you should, even if it's what you can afford.
Rest when necessary.
Smell nice, according to your pocket. 🤭
Dress well, according to your pocket.

You don't have to wait until life is perfect before taking care of yourself.

Yesterday was something else😩😂

I had just finished building my one-page Carrd website for my business/brand when, suddenly, I don’t know what happened,the whole thing went blank.

Small tears almost dropped from my eyes. 🥹😂

I couldn’t imagine having to start all over again after putting in so much work.

And as if that wasn’t enough…

My phone fell inside water yesterday🤭📱💦

Immediately, one thought came to mind:

Problem no dey finish😂

I haven’t even had this phone for up to six months, and it’s already hanging and giving me signs that I may need a new one😩

But instead of dwelling on it, I looked for someone who could help fix it.

And that reminded me of something:

Challenges will always come. The goal isn’t to have a problem-free life; it’s learning how to keep moving when problems show up

So, as we step into this new week, enter it with a positive mindset. ❤️
