*2026 ANNUAL STAFF AUDIT/VERIFICATION EXERCISE HELD AT SURULERE LGEA*

The *Annual Staff Audit/Verification Exercise* was successfully conducted today, *Wednesday, 12th August 2026,* at the *Surulere Local Government Education Authority (LGEA),* c/o Government College, Eric-Moore, Lagos.

The exercise was conducted by a team from the *Establishment, Training and Administration Department (ESTAB),* Lagos State, as part of the State Government’s continuous efforts to maintain accurate, reliable and up-to-date personnel records across the public service.

The exercise commenced early in the morning and proceeded smoothly and efficiently.

Staff members demonstrated commendable cooperation, punctuality and readiness throughout the verification process, contributing significantly to the seamless conduct of the exercise.

The exercise
enables the Government to ascertain the accuracy of its workforce records, verify staff identities and ensure that personnel information is properly documented and regularly updated.

For staff members, the exercise provides an opportunity to ensure that their official records are accurate, complete and properly captured.

The successful completion of the exercise at *Surulere LGEA* demonstrates the Authority’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, accurate record-keeping and effective service delivery.

The management appreciates the ESTAB team for their professionalism and the entire staff of Surulere LGEA for their cooperation, discipline and commitment to making the exercise a success.
