Moral Decadence and Its Infuence on the Educational System

Moral is define as a standard of attitudes universally acknowledged.
تعريف القيم : المبادئ الشخصية التي تحدد للفرد

قال ابن القيم في "مدارج السالكين" 2 / 308:
وحسن الخلق يقوم على أربعة أركان لا يتصور قيام

Good characters dwell on Four
١.الصبر patience
٢.العفة Chastity
٣.الشجاعة Courage
٤.العدل Justice

ومنشأ جميع الأخلاق السافلة وبناؤها على أربعة أركان:

Debasing Characters spring from Four:

١.الجهل Ignorance
٢.والظلم Oppression
٣.والشهوة Desire
٤.والغضب Anger

Allah says:
قال تعالى:

#ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ #

Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He [i.e., Allāh] may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].

Thus our Educational System takes its share of these mess.

The Educational System entails 5 key players

1.The Administrators:

*The Manhaj
*The Books

2.The Teachers:

*Qualified
*Competent
*Stable

3.The Students

4.The Environment

5.The Parents

*The influence/Impact*

#أَفَمَنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ تَقْوَىٰ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ خَيْرٌ أَم مَّنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍۢ فَٱنْهَارَ بِهِۦ فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ #

Allah says:

Which then is best? - he that layeth his foundation on piety to Allah and His good pleasure? - or he that layeth his foundation on an undermined sand-cliff ready to crumble to pieces? and it doth crumble to pieces with him, into the fire of Hell. And Allah guideth not people that do wrong.

Conclusion:

{إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لا يُغَيِّرُ ما بِقَومٍ حَتّى يُغَيِّروا ما بِأَنفُسِهِم } )
[الرعد:11]

Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him any patron.
