Recipe
*Pawpaw
*Raisins
*Lemon
METHOD
1.Wash and peel the pawpaw
2. Cut small part and dice i.e to cubes
3. Arrange the diced pawpaw in a cocktail cup.
4. Sprinkle few drops of lemon on it
5. Garnish with washed raisins
6. Refrigerate and serve chilled, as a starter or midday fruit
So refreshing

Glaced cherry

Method.
1. Wash the pawpaw thoroughly.
2. Peel and remove all the seeds.
3. Dice the pawpaw and sprinkle lemon juice on it.
4. Arrange in a dessert cup and garnish with glaced cherry.
5.Refrigerate and serve as cocktail.
