How to write negative exponents made easy
Rule: A fraction with 1 on top becomes the base raised to -1.
Just flip it!
Example from the board:
1/5 = 5-¹
0.25 = 1/4 = 4-¹

Your turn 👇
Take 0.75 to a negative exponent. Comment your answer below!
Let’s see who gets it right ✅

Q: Which one is NOT correct? The SI unit of:

A. Acceleration = m/s²✅
From a = v/t → (m/s)/s = m/s²

B. Momentum = Ns ✅
From Impulse J = Ft = ΔP → N × s = Ns
Also Ns = kg·m/s

C. Work = Joule ✅
Work = Force × distance → N × m = Joule

D. Energy = Watt ❌
Energy is also measured in Joule.
Watt is the SI unit of _Power_, not Energy.

So the answer is D

Negative Exponents made easy! 😄
Today we’re converting fractions into negative exponent form.
Remember: a negative exponent just means "flip it to the denominator".

Let’s break down 1 to 3:

1. 1/2 = 2^-1
When the numerator is 1, just flip the denominator.
Rule: 1/a = a^-1

2. 3/8 = 3 x 8^-1
The 3 stays on top, only the 8 flips down.
Rule: n/a = n x a^-1

3. n/m = n x m^-1
This is the general form! Any fraction can be written this way.
Rule: n/m = n x m^-1

Bonus: 1/n = n^-1

Difference and Addition of Two Cubes Made Simple 📐

Ever struggled to factor cubes? Here are the 2 formulas you need to know:
Difference of cubes:
a³ - b³ =
(a - b)(a² + ab + b²)
Sum of cubes: a³ + b³
= (a + b)(a² - ab + b²)

The trick is just the signs in the middle. Once you know this, factoring becomes 10x faster for exams.

CTA: Solve 3³ - 4³
Hints: a = 3, b = 4

That goal wasn’t just skill. It was physics ⚽

A footballer kicks with force for a short time. That quick push is called IMPULSE and it’s what changes the ball’s momentum.

The formula: J = FDelta t
Real example: 200 N of force for 0.1 s = 20 N·s of impulse. Small time, big change.

Same Physics. Bigger Dreams. On and off the field.

Impulse Challenge
⚡ IMPULSE CHALLENGE! ⚡
A ball of mass 2 kg is moving at 5 m/s.
👉 What is its momentum?
💡 HINTS:
🔹 Remember: Momentum depends on mass and velocity.
🔹 Use the formula: p = mv
🔹 Substitute the values carefully!
