STOP BUYING BREAD

Ingredients

5 cups of flour

2 cups of water

½ cup of sugar

1 cup of powder milk (optional)

2 spoon of yeast

2 spoons of margarine (butter)

2 spoons of vanilla extract

1 raw egg

¼ spoon of salt

Preparation

Sieve your flour into a clean bowl, add yeast, sugar, butter, salt, milk and vanilla extract, mix together, make well inside the flour and break in the egg, mix together, add in the water and begin to mix till it become a soft solid dough, now knead for 15 minutes or till you achieve elastic dough, cream a clean bowl with vegetable oil or butter and place the dough inside, rub the top of the dough with vegetable oil and cover up with nylon, allow to inflate for like an hour or till you observe more than double of dough size, punch the dough to release the air inside, place the dough on a clean flat surface and knead again for like 5 minutes, divide the dough into reasonable sizes respectively depending on the size of your baking tin, roll the doughs to your desire shape and place into the baking tin rubbed with vegetable oil or butter, then cover for like 20 minutes again to inflate, preheat your oven for like 10 minutes during the process of inflating, then bake the bread with medium heat for like 30 minutes or till the top of the bread is gold brown, at this stage the bread is ready.
