A few minutes of reading each day builds vocabulary, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. Children’s books expose kids to richer language than TV ever will.

Read with them, talk with them, explore words together.

“Strictness in its proper place is mercy, and mercy in the wrong place is harm.”

As parents and teachers, we sometimes think being gentle means never saying no or never setting limits. But real kindness isn’t always soft sometimes, it’s firm.

True mercy means guiding our children with love and structure knowing when to be tender, and when to stand strong for their growth.

Our firmness today can build the discipline they’ll need tomorrow.
And our compassion reminds them they’re always loved, even when corrected.

May Allah reward every parent and teacher who puts effort into nurturing children with care, patience, and wisdom.
