I got a call a few days ago from a dear friend. She told me she was laid off after over 25 years. The bad part was she was not paid anything.

I went through my son's email earlier today, he asked me to help review a response he needed to send out.
It's amazing how well he has come at composing mails. While I was in his mail I saw a rejection mail he received when he applied for a UK visa to visit his sister for Christmas. I felt sad that he had that experience.
He has had his share of failures but he has yet to give up. He always says he puts in his best always and accepts the outcome, he will keep at it.
As a mother I hate for my children to get hurt but I realize I need to allow them live their own lives and create their own stories. Only that way can they grow to become strong minded and able to cope with life.

4. Build a simple plan to achieve your goal.

Once you identify the resources you need, break them down into actionable tasks and begin immediately to take action.

I woke up early this morning so I can beat the traffic. Not to be it seems as I spent over 30 minutes discussing with my husband about our daughter.
