IMPLICATION OF AI ECOMOMY FOR WORKERS IN PRIVATE SECTOR

1. There will be massive competition for fewer, more technical roles. Companies will:

Reduce human layers.

Keep only high-impact workers.

Prioritize AI-skilled staff.

Those without digital skills may be first on the layoff list.

2. Workers must now deliver output, not “presence”. Private companies will not pay for:

Long hours.

Attending meetings.

Routine tasks, they will be automated.

They will pay for:

Speed.

Efficiency.

Innovation.

Output.

Tools like AI help workers produce more—so those who don’t

use them, how market?

3. Routine jobs will be automated. Jobs that are most at risk are:

Secretaries.

Receptionists.

Data entry.
