September 7, is our "Teachers' Wellness Day". Every year we set aside 1 day to look after the health of our teachers. As you all know the importance of teachers in our society cannot be over emphasized but we will also agree that teachers in our part of the World don't get the best they deserve hence the cliche "A teacher's reward is in heaven".

But at SchoolsPortal we say 'NO'. A teacher's reward is right here on earth where they deserve to have it.

Teachers' Wellness Day is a 1-Day free Medical outreach organized for teachers of any chosen state of our choice. We will provide free eye checks, free blood pressure and blood sugar checks, free malaria tests and free Hepatitis B and HIV Screening, free drugs and free medical consultation with our Doctors.

This year's outreach will hold for teachers in Kogi State at Rock 'N' Gardens Montessori School opposite government house, Lokoja, Kogi State. From 9am prompt.

We want to apologize to all our users and customers for the downtime experienced on our sites yesterday. It was due to a DNS resolution issue during our routine maintenance. As it is our custom, we run maintenance and back up once schools close for break but it came late this time because we had to wait for some schools to complete the printing of their results.

Our platform has also grown due to your loyalty and patronage, so in a bid to serve you better we decided to move to a bigger platform that allows us to offer more to our customers and in the process we expressed a 24hrs downtime which we are sorry for.

We are back up now and everything is fine. We sincerely regret any inconvenience the outage must have cost you.

Please not that all our customer service channels are still open 24/7 to handle your enquiries and complaints.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
