On the 27th of May 2026, Learners from JIP Heritage Academy featured on a live radio program at the Kapital FM station 92.9, Abuja. They discussed on “the role of children in advancing inclusion for every Nigerian child”. This theme places inclusion at the Centre of our national priorities, envisioning a society where every child, regardless of background, ability, gender, religion, ethnicity or economic status feels valued, heard and given equal opportunities to thrive.

Our learners talked about many things bothering them, including the challenges children face in Nigeria today such as lack of quality education, poverty, child labor, bullying, poor healthcare and especially insecurity.

They called on the Nigerian government to speed up efforts made to rescue the 45 innocent children and teachers who were abducted from their schools in Oyo State, Nigeria and still in captivity after about 2 weeks.

May God protect and keep them safe till they are reunited with their families. Amen🙏
