Sheikh Faisal Nouman رحمه الله was appointed as a Muadhin of Masjid an-Nabawi in the year 1422 AH (2001 CE), joining the noble ranks of those entrusted with raising the call to prayer from the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He belonged to a distinguished household whose service to the Adhan in the Prophet’s Mosque spanned generations.

His grandfather was among the Muadhins of Masjid an-Nabawi, and his father was appointed to this honoured role at the young age of fourteen, a testament to his early devotion and excellence. His father continued in this sacred service for many decades, calling the believers to prayer from the Prophet’s Mosque until he passed away at an age exceeding ninety years.

Sheikh Faisal Nouman رحمه الله carried this sacred trust with sincerity and humility, serving as a Muadhin of the Prophet’s Mosque for 25 years, from 1422 until 1447, until he returned to his Lord today. Through this blessed lineage, the call to prayer continued to rise from the Prophet’s Mosque, an enduring legacy that echoed across generations and into the hearts of the Ummah.

لكن تأملوا عظمة المشهد: رسول الله ﷺ قطع نصف هذه المسافة راكبًا على ناقته، والنصف الآخر ماشيًا على قدميه الطاهرتين، في حرٍّ لافح، وعلى مدى ثمانية أيام متواصلة، يصحبه أبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه.

لم يكن سفرًا عابرًا، بل كان رحلة ثبات وصبر، يحمل فيها رسول الله ﷺ متاعه البسيط، والأمانة العظمى التي لم يحملها بشر من قبل: تبليغ هذا الدين حتى يصل إلينا اليوم صافياً نقياً.

فما أعظم التضحيات التي بُذلت لأجل أن نحيا نحن اليوم في رحاب الإسلام آمنين مطمئنين.

اللهم صَلِّ على من حمل إلينا نور الهداية،
وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين

Wannan maganar tana nuna cewa kalubalen da muke fuskanta a yanzu ba su da girma sosai idan aka kwatanta da waɗanda za mu fuskanta nan gaba. Wannan na nuni da cewa dole ne mu kasance masu shiri da haɗa ƙarfi da ƙarfi wajan fuskantar ƙalubale masu zuwa, kuma kada mu yarda da cewa abubuwa sun yi sauƙi kawai saboda halin da muke ciki a yanzu.

Engr. Umar Abubakar Rijiya Lemo ya yi wannan tunani ne don tunatar da mutane cewa rayuwa da cigaba na cike da ƙalubale, kuma zamuyi shirye shiryen da zai taimaka mu cigaba da samun nasara insha Allah, Wannan magana na karfafa gwiwa ne sosai ga kowa da kowa musamman a fannin shugabanci, kasuwanci, da rayuwar yau da kullum

Wannan kalubalen da muke fuskanta a yanzu, kamar talauci, rashin Aikin yi, rashin tsaro, ta'addancin, matsin lamba ko matsalolin tattalin arziki a Najeriya, suna da wuya, amma ba su bane ƙarshe ba Nan gaba, da cigaban fasaha, canjin yanayi, da ƙarin ƙalubale na duniya, za mu bukaci ƙarfafa gwiwa da ilimi don mu ci nasara.

Engr. Umar ya ce hakan don ya ƙarfafa mu mu kasance masu shiri akan kalubalen da Matsin Lamba da muke fuskanta a rayuwar mu, ba mu yi baƙin ciki ba.
