REPORT OF VISIT TO KAURA GOJE SPECIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL

Yesterday, members of KAUGOPA paid an official visit to Kaura Goje Old Pupils Association and held a fruitful discussion with the management of Kaura Goje Special Primary School concerning important matters related to the development of the school and the forthcoming AGM.

Issues Discussed:

1. Official Notification of AGM Date
The school management was officially informed about the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of KAUGOPA.

2. History of Kaura Goje Special Primary School
Discussions were held regarding the documentation and preservation of the authentic history of the school from its establishment to date.

3. Invitation and Security Arrangements
The issue of inviting important guests and ensuring proper security arrangements during the AGM was discussed extensively.

4. Meeting with Malama Halima
The delegation also met with Malama Halima, the Head of the Learning Centre within the school premises, where discussions were held concerning the current condition and challenges facing the Learning Centre.
