NEW ISLAMIC YEAR, 1446 AH HOLIDAY

This is to inform members of the Polytechnic Community that the Kano State Government has declared Monday, 8th July 2024 as public holiday to mark the beginning of new Islamic year, 1446 AH, therefore, staff are to enjoy the holiday, accordingly.

Work resumes on Tuesday, 9th July 2024.

The Rector, Professor Sanusi Magaji (FMESRI) wishes members of the Polytechnic community a successful New Islamic Year celebration, Allah's guidance and tranquility in this year and beyond.

This is to inform the members of the Polytechnic on Wednesday 12th June 2024 as public holiday , work resumes on Thursday 13th June 2024

The Bursary department hosted a two day workshop on government intergrated financial management information system represented by the registrar Alh. Umar Shehu Dumbulun on behalf of the Rector Federal Polytechnic Kabo Professor Muhammad Sanusi Magaji FMESRI.

A two days workshop lead by the registrar Federal polytechnic Kabo, Mal Umar Shehu Dumbulun hosted at Bayero University Kano.

The Federal Polytechnic Kabo has welcomed the first set of candidates for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination being prepared and coordinated by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
(JAMB ).

A new Federal tertiary Institution, the Polytechnic is situated in Kabo Local Government Area of Kano State and its establishment was facilitated by the Deputy President of the Senate of Federal Republic Of Nigeria Senator (Dr) Barau I Jibrin.

The CBT Centre was initiated and established by the Rector Professor Muhammad Sanusi Magaji (FMESRI)to ease travel burden of candidates in writing the examination.

This would also encourage more students to pursue Advance studies and sit for recruitment examinations into military and paramilitary organizations as the center is one of the locations for such.
