Elansaar School is in partnership with Ogiba Comprehensive School to establish the long-awaited Entrepreneurship and Vocational Centre to produce garments, snacks and catering, beauty services, woodwork and metal fabrication.

This is to make schools what they should be - an agent of social change to provide self employment and boost productive capacity of individuals.

Ladies and gentlemen, permit me to acknowledge the receipt of award nomination on behalf of your school; Elansaar School, Rijiyarlemo, Kano.

I personally represented the school in the training and bootcamp last year. It was a rigorous, engaging and very beneficial experience.

Today, I received the award letter on behalf of Elansaar School.

With this grant, the school shall establish an entrepreneural vocational centre to complement the conventional education we offer.

Punishment (hukunta dalibi a makaranta)

Hukunci (punishment) wani salo ne da malami zai dauka domin canza dabi'ar dalibinsa daga mummuna zuwa kyakkyawa, daga abinda ba'a so zuwa abinda da ake kauna .

Hanya mafi sauki da malami zai canza dabi'ar dalibinsa shine ya zama mutumin kirki fiye da kima, yayi shiga ta mutunci yayi gaskiya yayi kyauta ya cika alkawari ya guji son Kai, ya zama mai tausayi ya zama mai tsafta( Malam yana duba tsaftar yara alhalin kuma yana warin ruma saboda gumi) domin malami majigi ne da yaro yake kallo kuma in yaje gida shi yake fado masa a rai yana kwaikwayar magana da tafiyar sa da hallayar sa.

Mu lura da wadannan sakin layuka masu zuwa:-
Dole sai dalibi yayi laifi kuma dole ne sai an hukunta shi gwargwadon laifin da wannan dalibi yayi, a saboda haka akwai ababen lura ga malami a lokacin da ya himmatu wajen hora dalibinsa da yayi masa laifi.

Manufa: bai dace ga malami ya hukunta dalibi kawai domin ran dalibin ya Baci yaji haushi ko kuma yayi kuka ba, a'a ana so malami ya kudurce yana so ne dalibin ya gane abinda ya aikata badai dai bane kuma lallai shi kansa yasan bai kyauta ba.

Yanayin laifin : wasu lokuta malamai kan cakuda laifuffuka masu yawa akan dalibi wanda ba laifin dalibin bane, misali mafi yawanaci latti da dalibai keyi sakacin gida ne to hukumar makaranta zata iya daukar mataki akan iyayen yaran da suke yawan latti ta hanyar da ta dace, dalibin da bai sayi littafi ba bai dace a hukunta shi ba domin laifin na gida ne, wani laifin kuma na malamai ne kamar rashin malami a cikin aji dole zai saka hayaniya da surutu... Ka lura sosai a matsayinka na professional teacher wajen fahimtar yadda laifin ya zama na yaron kuma zai iya magance shi da kanshi ta hanyar taimakon ka .

Yanayin dalibin : shekaru da lafiyar jiki data kwakwalwa nada muhimmanci kwarai wajen yanke hukunci a akan dalibi misali, dalibin da ke crèche da nursery nada banbanci dana primary b***e Kuma dan secondary, haka dalibi dake da bukata ta musamman kamar sickles,asthma... A bangaren kwakwalwa kuwa wani yaron nada raunin fahimta wani kuma nada tsananin rashin ji,wani kuma nauyin fahimta gare shi kaga mai nauyin fahimta idan yaci (2/10) yayi kokari sai a karfafeshi bai dace ace wai sai ya sami (8/10).

Hukunci: hukunci kada ya zama na mai tsanani da wuce kima (Corporal punishment) kamar Mari,Duka a fuska,fasa jikin dibi, karya dalibi ko kuma ji masa rauni, malami ya guji cin zarafi da wulakanta yaro domin kuwa dalibai da yawa suna da dafi ko tabon wani cin mutunci da wani malami yayi musu hakan zai iya saka dalibi tsanar makaranta gaba daya .

Maimaita laifi: idan malami ya hukunta dalibi sai ya cigaba da maimaita wannan laifi to yana da kyau malami ya nemi mafita domin wannan hukuncin baiyi amfani ba, kamar daliba Mai son fashi kuma an hukunta ta amma taki bari, sai a gayyaci iyayenta a tattauna dasu ko a tura musu da takarda domin jan kunne.
Punishment book: malami ya rubuta hukunci da yanayin laifi da dalilin hukunci a cikin punishment book domin a hukuma idan har dalibi ya samu matsala har takai ga hukuma record zai taimaka kwarai da gaske.
