Dalilin Ciwon Baya Yayin Goyon Ciki

Watannin goyon ciki, musamman daga zango na biyu zuwa na uku, lokaci ne da masu juna biyu s**a fi fuskantar ciwon baya ko ciwon ƙugu.

Daga cikin dalilan ciwon baya ko ciwon ƙugu ko kwankwaso yayin goyon ciki akwai sauye-sauye da suke faruwa a ƙashin baya da ƙugu sakamakon ƙaruwar nauyin ciki da kuma sinadaran haihuwa. Hakan yana haifar da ƙaruwar lanƙwasar ƙashin, sauyawar gurbin cibiyar nauyin jiki tare da juyawar ƙugu ko kwankwaso.

Bayan wannan ya faru, sai ciwon baya da ciwon ƙugu su biyo baya har zuwa lokacin haihuwa. A wasu lokutan ma ciwon yana wanzuwa har bayan haihuwar.

A kullum, ana bukatar a abincin da mutum zai ci ya hada da dangin abinci mai harza (fibres). Harza na da matukar amfani ga jiki, tana taimakawa wajen saukaka nika abinci bayan an ci da kuma taimakawa wajen yawon abincin da kuma tattara abincin da baa yi amfani da shi ba gami da aika shi zuwa ga dubura domin kasayarwa. Tana saukaka wahalar yin bayan gida da kuma gajarta lokacin yin tsuguno. Ma'ana, harza dai na taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar ciki, hanji da dubura. Hakan ne ma ya sa harza na taimakawa wajen hana samuwar ciwon basir ko kuma saukaka cutar.

A wani bangaren kuma, harza na taimakawa wajen rage kiba domin tana sawa ciki ya cika a ji an koshi da wuri ba tare da an ci sinadaran kuzari da yawa ba (calories).

Ga masu ciwon suga, harza na taimaka musu matuka wajen su dinga samun koshi ba tare da sugansu ya wuce misali a cikin jini ba.

Ana samun harza a abinci da yawa, musamman ganyayyaki da yayan itace da s**a hada da; yalo, data, karas, salad, gurji, dafaffiyar/gasasshiyar masara, lemo, goruba, tuffa da sauransu. Ana son a kullum a ci harza da ta kai kimanin giram (gram) 25-40.
