✍It is not permissible for a Muslim to participate in the religious festivals of the disbelievers in any way whatsoever. Doing that is a grave major sin, because by doing that he is helping and encouraging others to ascribe partners to Allah(ﷻ) and he is expressing approval of that.

It is haraam to imitate the disbelievers

Did you know that East Turkestan is a major Islamic country ... an area and a population ... occupied by China since 1949, and opened its largest city as the smallest in the year 96 to migrate in the time of illiteracy.
China has killed 60 million Muslims from East Turkistan since its occupation to date, ten times the martyrs of Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya and Palestine.

In 1952 alone, China executed 120,000 people in East Turkistan, most of whom were Sharia scholars. This was mentioned by Burhan Shahidi, the governor of East Turkistan at the time. From 1949 to 1979 AD, the Chinese occupation destroyed 29,000 mosques in East Turkestan.
From 1997 to present, China closed 1,200 mosques in East Turkestan, and turned some into Communist Party headquarters or offices. China also set fire to 370,000 centers for teaching the Noble Qur’an in the city of Urumqi, the capital of East Turkestan now.
And the Chinese occupation sent 54 thousand religious employees from East Turkestan to work in hard labor camps, and they gathered the imams and forced them to dance. The Chinese occupation also burned a group of veiled women who refused to take off their veil, and burned neighborhoods in Kashgar and other cities of East Turkestan?
