Alhamdulillah, another term begins on Thursday Insha Allah
We pray Allah puts barakah in it,

There’s something so powerful about this advice in Surah Luqman.
A father preparing his son for life,
not by promising ease…
but by teaching him patience.
Because life will test them.
There will be waiting, frustration, and disappointment, even for our little ones.
And if we’re honest, those are the moments we struggle with most as parents too.
When they cry because they can’t have something immediately.
When they react before thinking.
It’s easy to say “stop” or “be quiet.”
But what they truly need is guidance.
Patience is not something children just have.
It is something we teach, slowly, through everyday moments.
Through how we respond when they make mistakes.
Through how we speak when we’re tired.
Through how we handle stress, inconvenience and delays.
They are watching. Always.
So when we pause instead of reacting,
when we speak gently instead of shouting,
when we guide instead of dismiss…
We are planting the seeds of sabr in their hearts.
And maybe that’s the real lesson,
not just to tell our children to be patient…
but to raise them to become it.
May Allah make our children among the patient, and make us parents who model it with sincerity. Ameen 🤍

Allah created our children with different strengths, different personalities, and different ways of learning.
As parents, it is easy to compare or worry when a child doesn’t “fit” a certain expectation. But sometimes, what we see as a challenge… is actually a hidden strength.
The question is: are we paying attention?
Let us raise children who use their unique gifts in ways that please Allah.

Today, two special moments of accepted du’a come together:
✨the du’a of the fasting person at Iftar,
✨and the blessed hour on Jumu’ah when du’a is accepted.
What a beautiful opportunity to pause—pause that game, that play, that screen time, that chore, that book and let our little ones spend a few minutes making du’a.
❤️Raise their hands, turn to Allah with sincerity, and let their hearts speak.
Let’s teach our children to make their own du’a today: for their parents, for the ummah, for Jannah.
Perhaps a small child’s du’a may open doors of mercy we cannot imagine.
May Allah accept our fasting, our prayers, and every sincere du’a before this Ramadan leaves us.
Ameen.

✨ The Golden Hour on Friday ✨
Parents, let’s teach our children to make the most of the golden hour, that special time after Asr on Friday, when du’as are most likely to be accepted.
Here are simple ways to help them use it beautifully:
✨Sit together and make du’a.
Let them ask Allah for anything, big or small.
📖 Recite Surah Al-Kahf or listen to it as a family.
✨ Encourage them to thank Allah for His blessings and send salawat upon the Prophet (SAW)
❤️ Remind them to make du’a for others — their teachers, friends, and the Ummah.
Let’s raise children who remember Allah in the most blessed moments.

I still have these beautiful memories of being a child, when my mom would wake me up during the last 10 nights of Ramadan to make du’a.
I’d be so sleepy, but she would gently wake me to pray even for just a few minutes.
Those moments have stayed with me,they shaped me, and they are some of my most precious Ramadan memories. 🥰
You might think your child is too small to witness or experience the blessings of Laylatul Qadr, but they are not.
No matter how brief, involve them. Let them see, let them feel, let them make du’a in their own little way.
These small moments plant seeds in their hearts that can last a lifetime 🤍✨
