Yesterday, I had an unexpected yet deeply engaging conversation with a young 300-level student.
For a whole hour, he poured out his heart — a series of complaints about how things aren’t working out, how opportunities seem scarce, and how no one is “training” or “guiding” him enough.

I listened quietly… and then I shared this with him 👇
