True leadership is attractive but it's a hard job.

Be ready to be misunderstood, criticized, hated and even insulted if you’re truly going to lead right…

Your intentions won’t always be obvious and the people you lead won’t always understand or see what you see and thats okay I mean that's very fine..

None of the great leaders we talk about today were celebrated by everyone during their lifetime even Jesus Christ…

Just make sure you don’t loose sight of these 3 things:

1. Your why (Motive) - make sure all you do is about others, and prosterity and not just about you, be intentional, convicted and genuinely sincere about it..

2. Your values (evaluation) - live them out consistently in every situation, Regardless....

3. Your character (Love) - be honest and completely transparent in your dealings, not as unto man but as unto God the one who has called and sent you, and you'll see results....

In the end,
If you can not have your own challenge and lead those with challenges then You're still far from the treah line of leadership...

leadership is a life not a necessarily a profession!!

In all, let your satisfaction come from the fact that you lived and led from your heart, not what people think of how you did, but you've pleased the one who's sent you, and greatness will be sure!!!...

WISDOM KEY: TRUE LEADERSHIP IS ABOUT POSITIVE IMPACT

I love you.

“Please keep spiritual friends because God speaks during discussions.”

I came across this statement this morning and I totally agree. To take it even further, God doesn’t just speak during certain discussions; He also listens and “takes notes.”

When I learned this I became more deliberate about the kind of company I keep and the kind of conversations I engage in.

Here’s where I learned it from:

“Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other, and the Lord listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the Lord and honored his name.”
‭‭Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭NIV

When you have a company of friends who fear God and honor His name, even seemingly casual discussions can be as spiritually effective as a prayer meeting or prophetic service. You’ll look back after a while and realize that some things you simply talked about are becoming realities because God was fully present and part of your discussions.

Many people still think friendship is all about cruise and fun. It’s way deeper than that. When your mind is renewed, even your definition of cruise and fun changes. I once expressed concern about believers insulting and abusing their partners in the name of fun. It was fellow believers who were responding that “it’s just cruise; it’s not that deep. It’s a sign of friendship.” Wow

It all boils down to who you are. The Bible is clear about the kind of people who God takes their conversations seriously those who “fear God and honor His name If the fear of God is lacking in you, you’ll attract to yourself like-minded people. When we say “No! Such speech doesn’t honor God,” such a company will say “it’s not that deep abeg. You people are too serious.”

The principles in scripture however don’t bend to suit your opinions.

Words created the heavens and the earth, and the kind of words you allow into your gates and your space will create your world.

“From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Most Christians are so eager to jump on every internet challenge, they can even get angry when no one tag or mention them but you see the challenge to Repent and live Holy?
They avoid it as though it's a plague!

God cannot be blackmailed.

To doubt the existence of God, is to doubt everything.

Su***de looks like an end to emotional pain, but it is the beginning of the eternal pain.

You🫵 can't develop longsuffering without suffering.

Climate Solutions is a lifting up ways we can declare our ! While the most impactful targets the biggest polluters, there are many ways that we can embrace solutions and reduce our consumption of oil, gas, and other fossil fuels.

Much of our electricity and heat is powered by coal, oil and gas. Use less energy by lowering your heating and cooling, switching to LED light bulbs and energy-efficient electric appliances, washing your laundry with cold water or hanging things to dry instead of using a dryer.

Walk, cycle or take public transport
The world’s roads are clogged with vehicles, most of them burning diesel or petrol. Walking or riding a bike instead of driving will reduce greenhouse gas emissions – and help your health and fitness. For longer distances, consider taking a train or bus. And carpool whenever possible.

Switch to an electric vehicle
If you plan to buy a car, consider going electric, with more and cheaper models coming on the market. Even if they still run on electricity produced from fossil fuels, electric cars help reduce air pollution and cause significantly fewer greenhouse gas emissions than petrol or diesel-powered vehicles.

A national competition amongst schools with kids working in teams to create solutions to tackle the climate crisis.

It’s vital to engage with kids and provide a platform for them

And lastly the most less costly way which is almost free tackle climate change or for climate solution is to PLANT MORE TREES.

Trees, swamps sucks carbon out of the air, so more trees less carbon in the air.

When God calls you some people won't understand you because it wasn't a conference call.

It is impossible to know the Lord without knowing His words.
