Do you binge eat? How can you overcome it?
It is common for moms struggling with weight gain to believe it is good when they skip meals. And we even don't miss the chance of telling people - " I don't eat much" or " I am dieting" and hope that this habit of skipping meals helps us lose the weight.

Lets talk about empathy.
We can always choose to be empathetic.
Too often we judge people on too little information. We must try to understand people atimes instead of reacting to what they say or do...
We can choose to respond with kindness or put ourselves in their position or choose to see things from their point of view or we can also choose to always see the good in others irrespective of their behaviour.
Start with the assumption that what others do has a good reason if we emotionally understand what they’re going through and imagine ourselves in their place.
And for those who seem to always trigger negative thoughts for you, let them go or set healthy boundaries to take care of your mental and emotional well being.
Life becomes much better and really liberating if you learn the art of empathy, you respond to situations rather than react.

Self reflection is a great way to evaluate yourself wrt your actions and outcomes, acknowledge what's working, review what's not working, explore ways to improve on yourself - mindset, emotions , attitudes, inclinations etc. and your business skills.
Self reflection involves tracking your progress as you keep moving towards your goals as well as working on your personal development.
