The PTA Executives of Government Technical College (GTC) Rano and Girls Science and Technical College (GSTC) Dala paid separate courtesy visits to the Executive Secretary, STSB, yesterday at his office. The visits focused on key issues affecting the colleges and strengthening collaboration towards improving teaching and learning across the institutions.

Congratulations to GSTC Dala for emerging 4th Position out of 14 schools from Kano State in the KAMSA Quiz Competition held today.

Today Friday 12th,Dec.2025,I Abubakar Bashir Sani from the Fisheries Department used this opportunity to award the most active Fisheries students from SS 3A.The award ceremony recognizes students who consistently submitted their weekly assignments before 7:30 am as per tradition⌚.

The awards were categorized into three groups.

The first category,comprising Four students who never missed a submission,received KAPEK CALCULATORS.

The second category,consisting of Five students who missed only one submission,received a packet of mathematical sets,exercise books and pens each.

The third category,comprising Ten students who missed three submissions,received a packet of mathematical sets.

These awards aim to motivate students for their dedication and hard work.I extend my gratitude to the school administration,parents and colleagues for their support.

*GSTC DALA PTA General Meeting*

On Saturday 22-11-2025,GSTC Dala successfully conducted its General PTA Meeting,bringing together parents,guardians and school admin.During the meeting,a new leadership was appointed to oversee the PTA, ensuring continuity and progress in the college development initiatives.

The meeting provided a platform for parents,guardians to discuss various issues affecting the school with a focus on finding solutions to enhance the overall quality of education and facilities.

The school administration expresses gratitude to all attendees for their active participation and looks forward to continued collaboration in shaping the future of GSTC Dala.

Malama Halima conducted a practical session with JSS 3 students in Home Economics.She also provided guidance and supervision throughout the exercise to ensure that the students followed proper safety protocols.
