ZAWACIKI STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (ZASA)
2025/2026 GENERAL ELECTION

The Independent Electoral Committee (ELCOM) of the Zawaciki Students Association (ZASA) hereby informs all Zawaciki students, particularly those in higher institutions, that the sale of nomination forms for the 2025/2026 ZASA General Election has commenced.

Eligible and interested candidates are invited to obtain forms to contest for the following positions:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, PRO, Welfare Director, Academic Director, Assistant Academic Director, Auditor General, Social Director, Sports Director, and Senator.

ELECTION SCHEDULE
• Sale of Forms: 16th – 22nd December, 2025
• Screening: 23rd December, 2025
• Election Day: 25th December, 2025

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Aspirants must be bonafide residents of Zawachiki.
• Must be students of recognized higher institutions.
• Aspirants for President and Secretary must be 200 level and above.
• HND and NCE students must not be in their final semester.
• Valid documents (Student ID, Admission Letter, and Transcript) must be provided.
• Any false information will result in disqualification.
• Aspirants must be of good character and free from criminal records.

📢 ZASA OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to formally inform all members of the Zawaciki Students Association (ZASA) that the tenure of the current Executive Council has come to an end. Consequently, all executive offices are hereby dissolved.

In preparation for a smooth and transparent transition, the ZASA Electoral Committee (ELCOM) has been constituted to conduct the forthcoming elections. The committee members are as follows:

*ZASA ELECTORAL COMMITTEE (ELCOM)*
1. Mujahid Haruna – Chairman
2. Ahmad Aminu Abdullahi – Secretary
3. Yusuf Yahuza – Public Relations Officer (PRO)
4. Muhammad Sani Ibrahim - Treasurer
5. Mahmud Tijjani – Screening Officer

The ELCOM is mandated to issue election guidelines, timetable, and oversee the entire electoral process.

All members are urged to remain calm, cooperative, and law-abiding throughout this transition period.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to formally inform all members of the Zawaciki Students Association (ZASA) that, following the successful completion of the tenure of the current Executive Council, all executive positions are hereby dissolved.

In line with the provisions of the association’s constitution and in preparation for the emergence of new leaders, an Electoral Committee (ELCOM) has been duly constituted to oversee and conduct the forthcoming ZASA elections.

Further details regarding the election guidelines, timetable, and procedures will be communicated by the ELCOM in due course.

All members are kindly urged to be cooperative, and law-abiding throughout this transition period.

Muna masu shela da yiwa al'ummar zawachiki bishara da cewa aikin da ZASA take game da ɗalibai a wajen lesson, lallai yana haifar da ɗa mai ido.

Duk da faɗuwa da aka samu a jarabawar bana ta JAMB, ɗaliban ZASA sun yi rawar gani wajen ciyo maki mai daraja.

Zawa yanzu, ɗaliban da s**a samu damar gani sakamon jarabawarsu, akwai masu maki kamar haka:

*298, 253, 220, 210, 201* da dai sauransu.

Zan maimaita, *ɗaliban ZASA sun ci maki mai yawa a JAMB ɗin bana.*

Lallai wannan abun alfahari ne a gare mu gaba ɗaya ganin cewa dukda faɗuwar da akai, amma waɗannan ɗalibai ba suyi faɗuwar auzunawa ba.
