The Children's Day (Special) Celebration is now less than a week.

For booking and reservation, interested school should fill in interest form (Contestant Form) per child. You are expected to pay through the account in the form.

For those pupils that are below the age of 7 who will like to come for fun can also fill in the interest form. It costs One Thousand Five Hundred ( #1,500) Naira only.

*International World Book and Copyright Day*

We celebrated the *International World Book and Copyright Day* hosted by the National Library of Nigeria in Partnership with Kada City Interschools Competition and Association Nigerian Writers and Authors Kaduna State Chapter.

*International World Book and Copyright Day* which was supposed to have taken place on 23rd April, 2023 but shifted because of the public holidays on Friday and Monday in Nigeria. *It's about Promoting Readership among Children*

The *World Book and Copyright day* is expected to be celebrated by all stakeholders especially the Educationists, Publishers, Printers, Librarians, Authors and Booksellers. These stakeholders are expected to celebrate it with various innovative activities.

The theme for this year 2023 is
*Reading in all its forms, development of the book industry infrastructure, inclusiveness and digital accessibility, and empowerment of children through reading*

*Day 1*: Radio Sensitization on *25th April,2023* at Liberty Radio.

*Day 2*: Seminar👇
*Venue*: National Library of Nigeria, Kaduna State Branch
*Date*: 26th April, 2023

We educate them on the importance of reading not just to pass an exams and shared books to over Three Hundred Family and Children. It was a great outing and exciting.

AIT Report on Kada City Interschools Competition (KCIC) Spelling Bee Finals 2022 Building a Comunity of Readers for Tomorrow Better Leadership

The entire KADA City Organizers, want to, with a heavy Heart, announce the passing on to Glory of one of it's pioneer Board Member KADA City Spelling Bee Competition, on the 19th of June after a protracted illness.

As arrangement for final internment is underway, We want to bring to our notice that to this effect, the KADA City Spelling Bee organizers having discussed and consulted widely with the Registered Schools, Schools about to register and their coaches. Suggestions and observation were made

We concluded that the Spelling Bee Competition for Kaduna North slated for this Weekend 25th June, 2022 is shifted to 23rd July, 2022, a week after the Kaduna South Spelling Bee Competition. All other arrangements remain unchanged.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. We encourage our students and coaches to take time to prepare more as we expect a more engaging and competitive day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We also wish you find time to comfort the family of the deceased, the Coordinator Mr Pius Gregory for the lost of their Dear one. May God protect and comfort us all. Amen
