The word isn't "weldone, well-done or welldone" because it isn't a compound word and it shouldn't be hyphenated.
The only time you should use a hyphen is when "well-done" acts as a single adjective directly preceding and describing a noun. Example :

That was a well-done presentation.

She received a well-done performance review.

The chef served a well-done coffee.

Thus, it should be written as two separate word well(an adverb) and done (a verb used as an adjective). Example:

1. That was an excellent speech. Well done on delivering it so smoothly.

2. You achieved the highest score in the class. Well done for all your hard work.

It is generally considered incorrect to say "my names are" because the phrase implies you are listing multiple names that apply to you in the same capacity. When introducing yourself, you usually provide your full name (Example:James Janet which is singular, even if it has multiple parts like first and last name), or just your name (meaning the one you go by).

The plural "names" and the verb "are" is only correct if you are listing more than one distinct name, such as:

My names are Julia and Jane (referring to two different people you are introducing)
or
My names are John Mark and John Sarah (if you are listing two different aliases, professional names, or legal names you hold).

In a typical self introduction, you only have one name that you use, so the singular form is the standard, grammatically correct way to introduce yourself.

My name is ILIYASU Murna Kpeinom. âś…

My names are ILIYASU Murna kpeinom. ❎

I am ILIYASU Murna kpeinom. âś…

The phrase "How was your night?" is generally considered inappropriate in many English speaking cultures, for a few key reasons:

1. In some social contexts, the question is interpreted as an inquiry about a person's sexual or social activities from the previous evening. This undertone makes it an inappropriate or suggestive question for professional settings or casual acquaintances.
2. For most people, the night is spent sleeping, which is a very private activity. Asking directly about it can feel overly personal or invasive, unless you are very close with the person (e.g., a partner, a close family member, or a host checking on a guest). In this specific context, it is usually understood as asking about the quality of their sleep.

"Good morning" already serves as a polite and sufficient opening greeting. Safer and more common followup questions for almost any situation include:

1. How are you? or How's it going?
2. How's your morning so far? (This shifts the focus to the current day.)
3. Did you have a good sleep? (Only appropriate for very close friends or family where that level of intimacy is normal.)

Using the Modal Verb "Would"

Would is a modal auxiliary verb that always comes before the main verb, which is always in its base form. E.g., would go, would like, would see.
Would is used in conditional sentences to talk about imagined, unreal, or unlikely situations. It is also essential for making a polite request or invitation to make the language sound softer and less direct. Furthermore, would functions as the past tense of will and can be used to report past or repeated habits.

Look at the examples below:
1. If she had left earlier, she would have caught the train. (She didn't leave earlier, and she missed the train—This is an unreal conditional sentence about the past.)

2. I would call him, but I don't have his number. (The condition is implied: if I had his number.)

3. Would you close the window, please? (Polite request)

4. Would you like to come to dinner? (Invitation)

5. He said he would be late. (The past tense of will used in reported speech: He originally said, "I will be late.")

6. When I was a child, my mother would read me a story every night. (Past habit)

Note: The contracted form is 'd (e.g., I'd like a coffee). The negative form is wouldn't (would not).
