Ibrahim Traore didn’t become president to make speeches.

He came with 3 rules:

1. OWN YOUR RESOURCES
- Take back control of gold, land, and minerals

2. WORK WITH YOUR HANDS
- Leaders must farm, build, and sacrifice with the people

3. NO ONE WILL SAVE YOU
- "No one will develop Africa for us. We must do it ourselves"

Agree with these or not, you can’t call them weak.

MARGARET EKPO. 1914 - 2006

She didn’t ask to be included in politics.
She organized until politics had to include her.

From selling in Aba Market to sitting in the Eastern House of Chiefs in 1955.
First woman to do it.

She fought for 3 things:
1. Women having direct seats in government
2. Fair treatment for market women
3. A united Nigeria during the Civil War

Today we have women in Senate, House, and Governorship because she started.

This is Nigerian history they don’t teach enough.
