In many situations, I have been able to ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฌ how I please - at least what I can control.
Mostly or a good number of people I've heard talk about their problems and minor issues, they speak with an aura of defeat.
I'd like to sound like an expert and say we're wired to focus on the bad side of things, things we can't control and ignore the things we can actually control, the sunny side of things.
In any given situation, we have the choice to minimize or even completely erase how these bad situations feel and affect us and still take massive forward steps towards what we want, whatever that may be.
Mindset; how you think, how you perceive events and how you respond to them are key factors to how we progress in life.
Here's the shocker: There's no 'correct' way to think, or respond to events. It's different for everyone.
Sometimes, what would get you to take action towards your set plans would be to absorb an insult, channel that anger and prove the person who insulted you wrong.
OR
You can choose to clear your head, so you don't get distracted and focus on what's important.
For me, when things begin to look bad, I focus on my attitude and beliefs at that point in time, my thoughts go along the lines of.
"Who ever said that this was hard?"
"This is totally easy.",
"It's probably for the best",
"In the end, it all works out fine for me"...
One important thing you must not do is to deny your current reality and what led down there.
A very wrong thing to do is to deceive yourself, because you won't even know what to measure and change.
The main idea is to find what fuels you, what drives you to do big s**t.
Find it and keep in your arsenal for whenever life begins to throw rocks at you
or you can just use it as an everyday fuel especially when you don't feel motivated.
Remember, You don't have to be Superman to do Superman deeds.
What drives you?
