OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ON DELAY IN COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES FOR 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

We, the concerned students of Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Pambegua Campus, wish to formally bring to the notice of the school management the prolonged delay in the commencement of lectures for the 2023/2024 academic session.

It is with great concern that since the resumption for this academic session, no lectures have been conducted. This situation has left students academically stranded and uncertain about the future of the session, thereby causing anxiety and disruption to our academic progression.

We understand that challenges may arise; however, the continued silence and lack of clear communication from the management regarding the cause of this delay and the steps being taken to resolve it is deeply worrisome.

This delay poses serious implications on:

The academic calendar

Students’ preparation for professional examinations

Clinical postings and practical training

Expected year of graduation

We hereby respectfully request that the management urgently:

Inform students of the reasons behind the delay in the commencement of lectures.

Provide a clear and revised academic timetable.

Take immediate steps to ensure that academic activities begin without further delay.

We remain committed to our academic responsibilities and respectfully appeal for swift intervention to prevent further loss of valuable academic time.
