If God is truly God, He does not improve, adjust, or evolve.
In Who Is God? Part III, we wrestle with a necessary question: Can the immutable God change?
This dialogue between Rev. Wes Kavanagh and Joshua Emmanuel cuts through confusion and points us back to the steady, unchanging God revealed in Scripture. New episode out, see link in bio.

Another semester begins, not chasing new ideas but submitting ourselves again to the Word that has stood the test of time. At JRTC, doctrine is not an exercise in theory, but a discipline that shapes conviction, character, and calling.
Thankful for the quiet work God is doing through books, brothers, and faithful teaching. Second semester underway at Jos Reformed Theological College.

In this episode of our Biblical Masculinity series, we look at a simple but often neglected truth: men were never meant to stand alone. Scripture presents brotherhood as a means of strength, accountability, and perseverance in the faith. We explore why isolation weakens men, how godly friendships sharpen character, and what it means to walk faithfully alongside other men in a shared pursuit of Christ.

Responsibility and Mission explores what it means to live as men shaped by Scripture, not society. This episode looks at the call to faithful responsibility before God and others, and the steady sense of mission that gives direction to a man’s life, work, and relationships. It’s a return to clarity, purpose, and obedience rooted in the biblical vision of manhood.

Calvin reminds us that the Christian life does not begin with self-discovery, but with self-denial. To belong to Christ is to surrender the throne of reason and will, and to be ordered instead by God’s Word and providence. This is not the loss of freedom, but its recovery: a life no longer curved inward on itself, but directed Godward, for His glory and our good.

A thoughtful conversation as Joshua Emmanuel and Rev. Wes Kavanagh press deeper into first principles, examining Presuppositionalism and the Sovereignty of God. Clear convictions, careful reasoning, and theology that begins where Scripture begins.
Watch or listen, engage carefully, and share with anyone who cares about thinking clearly and believing faithfully.
