49 CHILDREN. 32 DAYS. STILL WAITING.

For over a month, 49 children, teachers, and a toddler abducted in Oyo State have remained in captivity. Behind every number is a family living through fear, uncertainty, and heartbreak.

Every child deserves safety. Every teacher deserves protection. Every day they remain away from home is one day too many.
We cannot allow their stories to fade from public consciousness. Let us raise our voices, demand urgent action, and stand with the families awaiting their safe return.

Their freedom is not a privilege. It is a fundamental right.

We stand with the children and families in Angwan Rukuba who are currently facing a deeply troubling and traumatic experience.

To every child, every mother, every family affected, Be comforted. You are not alone!

Our hearts are with you, and our prayers are that in this season and beyond, you will find the resources, support, and opportunities needed for true healing.

This moment calls for more than sympathy, it calls for responsibility.

To leadership and government, we ask a sincere question:

20 years from now, what kind of Plateau State do we want to see?

Because these children… will become the adults of that future.

May their stories be different.
May their paths be restored.
May their lives reflect hope, not hurt.

As we step forward in this resurgence, we remain committed to restoring dignity and rebuilding futures—one child at a time.
