Why do we sometimes take the presentation screen away?

Because knowing the work is one thing. Being able to confidently explain what you know is another.

At Indigocrystal Events Academy, we intentionally put our students in situations where they have to step forward, explain their ideas, answer questions and speak for themselves.

For some, it starts with nervousness and shyness. But with practice, something beautiful happens confidence begins to show.

Because we are not only training event professionals.

We are building professionals who can confidently stand behind their knowledge, ideas and work.

And watching that transformation? That’s one of our favourite parts of the journey.

Did you miss this cohort? Not to worry registration is ongoing for the next cohort.

This was their FIRST attempt.

Are there areas to refine? Absolutely.
Are there techniques that will get better with more practice? Of course.

That is exactly what learning looks like.

We don’t expect perfection on the first attempt. We look for understanding, application, confidence and progress and seeing what they were able to achieve after just three weeks of learning made us incredibly proud.
Today they can look at this setup and identify what worked, what could be better and what they would approach differently next time.
And that’s where growth begins.
Because if this is their first attempt, imagine what happens after the second, the fifth, the tenth… and after gaining more practical and real-event experience. 👏🏽

At Indigocrystal Events Academy, our students don’t just watch.

We teach. We demonstrate. They practise. We correct. They improve.
