On the exit day of the Governing Council of Westland University after three days of deliberations and meeting with the University community at large.

Westland University, Iwo, has received reports of individuals falsely claiming to be admission agents or representatives of the University.

These individuals may contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media platforms, or other unofficial channels, requesting payment for admission, acceptance fees, tuition, or other charges.

⚠️ PLEASE BE ADVISED:

❌ Westland University does NOT authorize any individual to collect fees through personal bank accounts.

❌ Do NOT make payments based on instructions received through WhatsApp chats, social media messages, or unofficial platforms.

❌ Do NOT share personal or financial information with unverified persons.

Recently, fraudulent payment details have been circulated in an attempt to deceive prospective students. The University strongly advises all applicants, parents, and guardians to verify every payment instruction through official University channels before making any transaction.
