College Management Strengthens Community Ties with Key Leaders
The College Management, under the leadership of the Provost, Dr. Suliyat Ajoke Ogungboyega, on Tuesday 17th March 2026 embarked on a significant round of visits to eminent personalities and traditional rulers within the community. This initiative reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders who play pivotal roles in the institution’s development and the broader society.
The delegation paid a courtesy visit to Asiwaju Liad Tella, the Pioneer Governing Council Chairman of the College and Otunba Jiire Ayinla, another distinguished figure whose leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the College’s vision and governance.
Further engagements included visits to respected royal fathers: His Royal Majesty Oba (Dr.) Hammed Adekunle Makama Oyelude, the Olowu of Kuta and His Royal Majesty Oba (Alhaji) Abdulazeez Olatunbosun, the Akire of Ikire‑Ile
These interactions provided an opportunity to strengthen bonds with traditional institutions, whose influence and wisdom remain vital to the College’s mission of advancing education and community development.
Speaking during the visits, Dr. Ogungboyega emphasized the College’s dedication to excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration.
