To run a successful private school, you need strong mental alertness. You will do a lot of strategic thinking in order to come up with strategies and ideas that grow your school.

That is why you need to have a team that will help you in doing somethings.

School owners are always advised that (if you are sure of his or her problem solving mental capacity), their spouse should be a member of their management team.

When you have a management team, you will bring your skills together to help grow your school.

It's not so easy for one person (either woman or man) as a school owner not to be stressed.

That is why God said in His word that one shall chase a thousand, but two shall put ten thousand to flight.

Owing a school and run it to become successful is not a task for the weak.

Is it good for a parent to slap his/her child(ren)’s teacher?

What’s your take on this?

This happened in a school in Abuja in the office of the Head of school. The teacher supposedly spanked eight year old child. Though, the school has expelled the pupil and parents from the school.
Thankfully the principal recorded it.
What further actions do you think the school should take?

*Teachers please always restraint yourself from unethical means of discipline your students, however parents assault is highly condemnable. Two wrongs doesn't make a right.
