WHY SCHOOLS ARE LOSING TEACHERS & PARENTS β AND WHAT MUST CHANGE...
A school does not collapse in one dayβ¦ it starts gradually when teachers lose motivation, parents lose confidence, and communication breaks down. π
Recently, I spoke at a school general meeting where:
β Teachers were leaving frequently
β Parents were withdrawing their children
β Classes had to be merged due to shortage of staff
β Complaints were increasing from every angle
β Academic performance was gradually dropping
But one major lesson stood out:
π βA happy teacher builds confident students."
π "Confident students attract parents."
π "Satisfied parents grow the school.β
Many schools are silently facing this same challenge but are afraid to discuss it openly.
Sometimes, the problem is not just salaryβ¦
It may be poor communication, harsh policies, lack of appreciation, unresolved conflicts, or absence of strong leadership mediation.
Schools grow when:
β
Teachers feel valued
β
Parents feel informed
β
Students feel supported
β
Management listens and acts wisely
Educational success is not built by management alone β it is built by partnership.
