Who is going to weep for Kwara workers today, especially the teachers ?!
Who will end this cheating for us, O Lord ?!!
N18k min wage was invisible;
N30k min wage is becoming a mirage;
Implementation of existing promotion is oblivion;
New promotion is no more in the Government policy;
Annual leave bonus has become past history;
Annual increment has become riddles;
To ask for arrears is stepping on Government toes, not to talk on other incentives for workers in general and teachers in particular;
For almost ten years now, teachers are on same sport, no promotion, no nothing;
Inter-ministry transfer, even in the same state, is met with embargo for COMMON MAN;
We voted for Masiah but opposite is the result;
Recent appointment reveals NCEs will, henceforth, earn more than degree holders: a new policy entirely, and very illogical too;
No one to fight for teachers but we remain firm with our faith in Allah: He creates not what He cannot deal with;
Everyone seems quite, no labour or any trade union to press for our entitlements;
All stakeholders should fear Allah and do the needful soonest before we handover the matter for God to judge.
