Building e-commerce Giants

Finding a saleable product is your number one task as an E-commerce Business.

But a lot of people find it hard (and sometimes impossible to do). Because they always miss at least one of these 5 steps:

1) Choosing a Niche:

A niche is a market audience. And usually a sub-unit of a big market.

Before picking a niche, consider;
• How large is the market
• Is the market trending up or going down
• How many big players dominate the market
• What's the current state of the market etc

2) Choosing a product:

It's a law in Ecom. You must avoid generic products.

What are generic products? You ask,

Generic products are products that can be found anywhere.

Walking to a nearby supermarket is all I need to do to get most of these products.

So I always advise people to choose some really rare but high in demand product.

3) Choose a Supplier:

Not too many suppliers can be trusted.

And that's why we have been able (through years of experience) and learning from mentors come up with a few indicators we use to fish out ideal suppliers who give us the very best products at profitable prices.

4) Delivery Agents:

They help you collect goods at the shore and deliver it to your customers' door step.

5) We almost missed this..

How to Get Buyers:

Even if you sell at the cheapest price in town. No one will ever buy from you Unless...

They know about your product.
And they won't even smell your product unless you make noise about it.
And that's where superior sales and marketing skills comes into place.

And your ability to sell depends on three things:

• How much attention you can get
• How good your offer is
• And how convincing your message is.

3 things you need to consider before starting any business.

I know you (just like myself) have been thought something entirely different from what I'm about to explain.

And if you think back in time. You'll see that the ones who taught us things like"land, capital, labour and management are what's required for business" aren't into business themselves.

Just think about it. Look and think back in time. Are they not school teachers that live based on salary. Or lectures who simply follow a syllabus that was created 50 years ago.

Yeah right there. Now you see some sense in what I'm trying to tell you. Thank you.

So to help you find your track back. And wake up to reality. First you have format all those viruses that has been implanted into your mind about business and accept the real truth.

And these are the 3 essentials you must have in place before starting a business.

1.) And idea (to create something unique or improve on an existing idea- improve a product or a service.)

2.) A starving crowd or a hungry market. People who need and are in desperately expecting a solution that comes from your idea.

3.) A strong selling message- and a medium that helps you take your idea to this hungry market at the lowest cost.
