Excursion Update – Al-Ikhlas Schools, Ilorin ✈️ 🍞

On Monday, 16th February 2026, the learners of Al-Ikhlas Schools, Ilorin embarked on an exciting and educational excursion to the Ilorin International Airport (ILR)✈️and Fortunate Bakery🍞.

At the airport, learners had the opportunity to observe aviation operations, learn about airport facilities, and gain firsthand knowledge of how air transportation functions. The visit was both inspiring and enlightening.😍

At Fortunate Bakery, learners explored the processes involved in modern bread production, packaging, and hygiene practices in food manufacturing. It was a practical and engaging experience that broadened their understanding of entrepreneurship and production.🤭

We appreciate the management and staff of both organizations for their warm reception and educational guidance.

📚*BOOK LAUNCH CELEBRATION AT AL-IKHLAS SCHOOLS, ILORIN*📚 A bonafide student of Al-Ikhlas Schools, Ilorin, who also serves as the Head Girl of the school, Suleiman Omowumi Mujiadat, has successfully launched her debut storybook titled “ *IF I HAD KNOWN* ”. In recognition of this outstanding academic and creative achievement, the school management celebrated her during the morning assembly held on the school assembly ground. As part of the celebration, she was commended for her hard work, creativity, and exemplary leadership, and was financially commissioned with the sum of *₦10,000* as encouragement. The management further used the occasion to motivate and inspire other students to cultivate the habit of writing, creativity, and intellectual development. Students were encouraged to strive for excellence and to explore their talents beyond the classroom. Additionally, all students and members of the school community were encouraged to purchase and read the book, which is available at the affordable rate of *₦1,000* per copy, as a way of supporting young authors and promoting literary culture within the school. This achievement stands as a proud moment for Al-Ikhlas Schools and a testament to the institution’s commitment to nurturing academic excellence, creativity, and moral values.
