The Provost of Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (CACTS), Main Campus, Pastor F.A. Olaniyi, alongside the Seminary delegation, attended the Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas Mission Conference 2026.

The conference, themed “EQUIPPING MISSIONARIES FOR EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT LEADERSHIP,” was a significant gathering focused on strengthening, equipping, and empowering missionaries for impactful leadership and effective service in the Kingdom.

We celebrate and appreciate our father and Provost, Pastor F.A. Olaniyi, for his commitment to the advancement of theological education, missionary training, and Kingdom leadership.

May the Lord continue to strengthen, enlarge, and increase His grace upon you as you continue to raise and equip men and women for effective service in His vineyard.

Today, we celebrate with profound joy and gratitude to God for the life of our father, mentor, leader, and spiritual shepherd, Pastor S. O. Oladele, President of the Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas.

Sir, your life has been a remarkable testimony of grace, sacrifice, godly leadership, unwavering faith, and devoted service to God and His people. Through your leadership and ministry, countless lives have been blessed, strengthened, equipped, and drawn closer to Christ.

True greatness in God's kingdom is never built on public applause it is cultivated in the secret place. Before God establishes a person before men, He first develops them in private through intimacy, prayer, worship, and obedience.

Growing intimate with God means consistently seeking His presence, listening to His voice, and allowing Him to shape your character. It is in these quiet moments that God prepares His servants for the assignments He has destined for them. Public impact is simply the overflow of a private relationship with God.

Many people desire recognition, influence, and visible success, but they overlook the process of spiritual growth that happens behind closed doors. God is more interested in who you are becoming in His presence than in how many people know your name. When your foundation is built on intimacy with Him, He is the One who brings promotion, favor, and lasting relevance.

If you desire to be established in your calling, your ministry, or your purpose, prioritize fellowship with God. The secret place is where destinies are formed, callings are refined, and lives are transformed before they are revealed to the world.

The Secret of a Successful Minister: Divine Guidance Through Intimacy with God
Success in ministry is not primarily determined by charisma, education, eloquence, or experience. The greatest secret behind lasting and impactful ministry is divine guidance, and divine guidance is born out of intimacy with God.

A minister who consistently spends time in God's presence gains clarity, direction, and wisdom for every assignment. Intimacy with God enables a servant of God to discern His voice, understand His will, and avoid costly mistakes. It is in the secret place of prayer, worship, and fellowship that God reveals His heart and equips His servants for effective ministry.

Many ministers struggle not because they lack gifts, but because they lack consistent communion with God. Ministry without intimacy easily becomes activity without divine approval. However, when a minister prioritizes a personal relationship with God, every sermon, decision, and step is guided by heaven.

Therefore, every minister who desires lasting relevance and fruitfulness must make intimacy with God a daily lifestyle. Divine guidance is not accidental it is the reward of those who continually seek God's face.
