Government College Ikorodu Old Students Association (UK) is the UK chapter of the alumni association. Also known as GCIOSA (UK), it started officially in September 2010. The vision is to do good in different ways; caring for and developing ourselves, making connections, networking as well as building friendships and importantly too by making meaningful contribution to the progress and development of the school through various projects.

The motto is "This is our Association, and together, we shall build It!"

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2021

Mental Health Awareness Week starts today.

It runs from Mon 10th - Sun 16th May 2021.

More particularly, it's been a long and difficult 14 months of lockdown.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many loved ones in many different ways, lot's of strain on relationships, finance, health, etc.

We are already into the middle-months of 2021. And as we dig deep into our reserve tanks, we look forward to pulling through to greater times ahead.

I pray for *strength, courage, good health, joy, happiness, love, fulfilment, progression, break-through and wonderful Testimonies* for us all.

I encourage us all to reach out to *at least 3 other People each*, to check up on them, as well pull though together.

*A phone call, or a text message goes a long way.* Call that person and check up on him/her.
