*Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer*
*Location: Goodwill Group of Schools, Obaagun, Osun State*

*Job Summary*
Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting academic monitoring, audits, evaluations, and providing recommendations for improvement.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and both national international standards.
2. Monitor, conduct audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and services.
3. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for quality enhancement.
4. Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to implement quality improvement initiatives.
5. Analyze data and trends to inform quality assurance decisions.
6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality assurance findings and recommendations.

*Requirements*
Interested applicants may possess the following qualifications'
1. Bachelor's degree, HND with PGDE or any other related field.
2. At least 10 years experience in teaching profession with not less than 5 years in administrative position has school headteacher.
3. At least 5 years experience as quality assurance professional or education manager.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with national and international standards and regulatory requirements for educational management.
