Aimee’s Library & Recreational Centre is very excited to announce the 2020 Online Spelling Bee Live Giveaway Show scheduled for 24th - 29th of August, 2020

is an independent platform hosting the Spelling Bee Competition, a platform that encourages children to demonstrate their interest and aptitude for language and learning, serving as an opportunity for them to expand their knowledge base, build self-esteem and to hone their creative and cognitive skills.

The competition will be hosted LIVE on our Instagram page from 6pm - 7pm daily.

It's eligible for kids aged 6 - 13 years and together with our existing and new partners, there will be lots of amazing gifts and cash prizes to be won. You only get ONE chance to spell your way to a big win, and you could win ANYTHING... you never know😉

Hi there, In a contracting organization where I worked several years ago I was a project manager and I watched the organization struggle to deliver projects, we were always putting out the fires, always in search for more but the ones at hand usually became so difficult to deliver, managing project was by discovery and common sense and there were so many problems to handle in each project so many things get muddled up.  We were all smart and intelligent, but we still did not deliver those projects properly despite the technical knowhow, we lost clients, we had high turnover of staff even though we loved and cared for our people, we did not complete some projects. - Fast forward to many years later I found myself in another project organization where the rudiments of managing projects was our key focus, we handled projects from scratch. We hit at some projects from the middle and still gave it a beginning. We developed the skill set to handling projects and its problems, we worked like we planned, we always knew what to do, we always had a picture of where we were going, we had a process by which we ran things, we were on top of the projects, we identified potential problems, we knew what problems to envisaged, we retained our clients for all the years, while getting new clients. - These brought me to  an understanding of why individuals and organisations struggle with delivering their projects and I see your struggles all the time, I see your limitations and your passion to get it right, I see the frustrations of project leaders not having enough internal support to deliver, I see the challenges of organisation struggling with which resources to part with for which project,  I understand your challenges both internally and externally and the frustration of staff. - I have since developed a passion to helping individuals and organization not only solve project problems but manage projects effectively….
