What If Iran Develops a Nuclear Bomb?
Iran has 440kg of enriched uranium at about 60% purity. Making it a nuclear bomb requires ~90% enrichment. When done, that is enough to produce 10 nuclear bombs. Given the war doctrine of Iran which relies on Ballistic Missile Deterrence, Iran can fire these nuclear bombs when severely threatened. Dropping 10 nuclear bombs on Israel will erase Israel from the world map. A nulcear-armed Iran will give terrorism a nuclear-back up. This is dangerous.
Nevertheless, US/Israeli strikes on Iran and killing of the Supreme Leader on Feb 28, 2026 was a miscalculation. It will tranform the ideology of Iran and seek to have the bomb at all cost. If in the middle of this war, Iran decide to shock everyone by testing a nuclear bomb (just testing), Israel and the US will stop bullying and attacking anyone in the Middle East.
