On FEBRUARY 23, 2026. ASA DAY (Culture Day) at Christ Our King Schools Igbokoda in Ilaje Local Government Igbokoda. It was a day when staffs and students trade their wears and uniforms for traditional attire (A*o Oke, Beads etc) honoring the rich of ASA in Yoruba Land.
The atmosphere was electric with the rhythmic thumping of dance from different cultures (Obele dance, Ilaje (Biripo dance), Igbo cultural dance). Beyond the festivities, the events serves as vital bridge, teaching the younger generation that their identity is a treasure. At Christ Our King Schools, Igbokoda , ASA DAY isn't just a party. It's a pledge to keep our culture alive.
