For all parents !!!

*Primary school education used to be 7 years, Then 6years. At a point in time, due to peer and parental influence it became 5 years* against government's policies.

These days parents will be struggling for the child to be in primary 1 by 4 years old. By 8 years the child would have completed primary 4 expecting to proceed to primary 5 . *This same parent will now try to dodge primary 5*.

Some will even insist on double promotion from primary 3 to primary 5 thereby cutting a year off. *Not caring about the mental growth of the child*. The parent will *insist that the child proceed to Jss1*.

*At this point the teachers must perform magic* so that the years missed will not affect the child *otherwise the game of changing schools begins*. Forgetting that the *child has not gone through the proper stages* of development intellectually.
Then this child will be influenced through college too.

*When this child gets to JSS 2 at 10 years old the parent will insist the child sits for BECE* or junior NECO. By 11 or 12 he will be in SS 1.

*When he gets to SS 2 he will be made to sit for WAEC, NECO and JAMB*. By this time the poor child is either 12 or 13. At worst 14.
The child will sit for these exams and probably pass by influence too.

He will get into the University at age 14 or less. When he gets there, we would have succeeded in influencing the speed of his education by cutting corners, but have we succeeded in influencing his mental and psychological growth?

NO.

This poor kid is now an under- graduate, surrounded by worldly wisdom and people from different walks of life. He is thrown into a life he is not ready for. He thinks he is an adult. He becomes a prey to those who want to take advantage of his naivety.

Most of the time he will find himself lieing about his age so that he can belong.

He starts keeping secrets from parents.The parents will think he is still the little boy they assume he is.

1. APPRECIATION:We appreciate all our invited guest and well wishers that have honored our end of the session and annual graduation party holding today 21st you July 2022.We pray that lord shall save you back to your destinations (Amen).

2.YEAR SCHOOL WAS FOUNDED:All Glory,Honour and adoration goes to almighty God,the king of kings,the lord of lords and the creature of all created for his infinite mercy and blessing upon us. Our school Great Divine Mercy Nursery and primary school was established on the 2nd of October,2007 with just fifteen pupils but we give God the glory for his multiple blessing on our school.

3.VACATION:The school will be vacating on the 29th of July,2022.

4.HAPPY COACHING:Holiday coaching for all classes will be organized for our pupils and outsiders in other to keep them busy starting from August 8th to September 9th 2022.Each child/ward is to play the sum of (N100) one hundred naira,irrespective of their class.

5.TEXTBOOKS:All textbooks and notebooks are available in the school premises.so therefore any textbooks or notebooks bought outside the school will be highly rejected.

6.SCHOOL DRESS CODE:Parents should hereby take note of their children’s appearance both in the school and at home.All the school uniforms are made available and must be bought in the school.Any pupils that put on a uniform sown and bought outside the school will be sent back home.The school dress codes are as follows:-
* Monday,Tuesday and Thursday ~>uniform
* Wednesday ~>sport wear
* Friday ~> Friday’s wear
Any pupil who fails to abide by this rule will be punished and sent back home.

7.STANDARD TEACHERS:Our school have teachers that are great qualities such as honesty,diligent,hardworking discipline and loyalty.Also our teachers are destiny builders because they work hard to breed brighter future leaders and not for the love of money.

8.COMPUTER SYSTEM:As government make it compulsory that computers should be included in primary school curriculum,therefore the school has a set of computer system for teaching AIDS in other to enable the child have more knowledge in practical work.

9. APPRECIATION TO OUR STAFF:I wish to express my profound gratitude to our staff for their dedication and endurance to give the best pupils.Due to this responsibility the school is one of the best and well known throughout Abule Oke and his environment.I thank you all for your morally and financial support for the growths of the school.

10.VOTE OF THANKS:We say a big thanks to you all,our Graduants,Parents,Pupils,Staff,Management and Well Wishers for honoring our invitations.May the lord grant you mercy journey to your various destinations (Amen).

11.RESUMPTION:The school will be resuming back for the first term 2022/2023 Academic Session on the 19th of September 2022.

In conclusion,Education is the best legacy and the most powerful weapon to change the world

My heart of appreciation goes to the king of king for he has been our armor and strong backbone.I give glory to God for supporting and guiding us through 2021/2022 academy session. It is with great delight and Immense pleasure that I warmly welcome you to this great citadel of learning Great divine mercy which is a synonymous of excellence. I will also like to express my sincere appreciation to our parents,staff and pupils for your efforts in making this conclude d session a success. Let me equally use this medium to felicitate with parents and your guardians of the graduating pupils as it of great joy for your ward progressing academically .I pray that your joy shall know no bounds in Jesus Name.
