Now let’s talk,
do you know that these sugary drinks like soft drinks, packaged juices, and other sweetened beverages no doubt, may taste nice, but are filled with sugar, which is not good for your child’s health? Do you know that too much sugar can lead to problems like weight gain (obesity), tooth decay, and even make your child feel tired or restless especially, when they are supposed to be learning?

Now listen, instead of sugary drinks, give your kids water, natural fruit juices, or healthy smoothies. These options are much better for their growing bodies and help keep them strong and healthy. Let's help these champs make better choices today for a healthier tomorrow.

Father, as our children resume in their schools this year, please keep them safe from all evils; we shall not weep over anyone of them in Jesus name. Evil shall not befall them and they shall not walk into evil, in Jesus name. Amen.

When we gather together in the moonlight village ground, it is not because of the moon. Every man can see it in his own compound. We come together because it is good for kinsmen to do so.
