UNIZIK Business School | Egypt Case Study Trip – Day 2

If Day 1 set the tone, Day 2 turned up the volume! 🔥
Our Doctoral and Masters students had an absolutely breathtaking day as they journeyed through the heart of Egypt’s history, culture, and enterprise.

🏛️ The Great Pyramids of Giza & The Sphinx. Words barely do justice to the experience of standing before one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Our students stood at the foot of the Great Pyramids of Giza and came face to face with the legendary Sphinx — a humbling, awe-inspiring moment that reminded us all that Africa has always been a cradle of greatness, innovation, and civilization.

The Perfume Factory - From ancient wonders to timeless craftsmanship; they stepped into the world of Egyptian perfumery. A rich, aromatic experience that offered fascinating insights into Egypt’s centuries-old fragrance industry, traditional production methods, and the business of luxury goods.

The Papyrus Factory - Next, they explored the art and craft behind the world’s oldest writing material. From plant to paper, they witnessed how Egyptian artisans keep this ancient tradition alive and the thriving creative economy built around it.

The Grand Egyptian Museum - They rounded off a remarkable day at the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum — one of the largest archaeological museums in the world. Home to thousands of ancient artefacts including treasures of King Tutankhamun, the museum was a powerful reminder of Egypt’s unmatched contribution to human civilisation.

Every stop on this journey is deepening our students’ understanding of business, culture, heritage, and global enterprise in ways no classroom alone can offer. All under the inspired support of our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Bond Stanley Ugochukwu Anyaehie, whose vision continues to create the enabling environment for our students to thrive on the global stage and the inspired leadership of our Director, Prof. Pius V.C. Okoye, who continues to create extraordinary platforms for our students to learn, grow, and connect with the world. The Director was supported by some resource persons/Deputy Directors in the School: His Excellency, Dr Elijah Onyeagba the Former Nigerian Ambassador to Burundi, Prof Uju Ezenekwe, Dr Ignatius Ngini and Dr Peace Muotolu.

Stay tuned; there is so much more to come! ✈️🔥

🌍 ✨ UNIZIK Business School | Egypt Case Study Trip–Day 1 ✨🌍

Our Doctoral and Masters students are officially on the ground in Egypt for an immersive, real-world case study experience.

Day 1 kicked off in grand style with two landmark visits: The Three Brothers Factory — a fascinating look into Egyptian manufacturing and enterprise operations that brought our academic frameworks to life.
Head Office of the Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, Cairo — where we engaged in a dynamic Business Roundtable and Collaboration Meeting.

None of this would be possible without the visionary and results-oriented leadership and support of the Vice Chancellor, Prof Bond Stanley Ugochukwu Anyaehie. The Director, Prof Pius V. C. Okoye - an astute manager with administrative finesse keyed into this vision with vigour and commitment. His dedication to academic excellence, global exposure, and the holistic development of our staff and students continues to open doors. Prof. PVC Okoye, as he is fondly called doesn't just lead from the front, he inspires and invests in them and delivers on the motto of UNIZIK Business School - "Transforming Businesses and Inspiring Leaders". He is accompanied on the trip by two Deputy Directors: Prof Uju Ezenekwe and Dr Ignatius Ngini.

Stay tuned as we bring you more updates from this incredible fruitful journey! 🔥
