Have you ever wondered why that food you couldn’t finish yesterday can stay longer when you put it in the refrigerator?
Here’s the simple science 👇
Bacteria multiply much faster in warm conditions. But when you refrigerate your food, the cold slows down the growth and activity of many bacteria.
That means your food can stay fresh for longer. 🙌
BUT WAIT! ⚠️
Your refrigerator does NOT kill all bacteria. It mainly slows them down. That’s why refrigerated food can still spoil if you keep it for too long.

Cold ❄️ → slower bacterial growth 🦠 → food lasts longer 🍲
