Five of our students partook in international day of the girl child, sponsored by Fomwan Oyo state in collaboration with Rotary club of Akobo today.
They learnt to be bold and not be rude.
They learnt education can only give them certificate while knowledge gives them life.
They learnt women value is not limited to the kitchen but can a leader,
They learnt they are not s*x trade but can be a successful one through their hard work,
They learnt they can be a good wife and mother not a harlot.
They also learnt that no matter the segregation, they're needed and valued in the society.
We hereby plead with the parents/guardians to help our girls know more of their worth in the society.
